(CSE:SWIM) (“SWMBRD” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an investor relations agreement dated March 1, 2022 with Stockhouse Publishing Ltd. (“Stockhouse”) pursuant to which Stockhouse has agreed to provide investor relations services (the “Services”) to the Company in exchange for an aggregate amount of $157,500 (including GST of $7,500) in cash. An upfront payment of $118,125 (including GST of $5,625) is due upfront which will be applied to the first and last two months of the contract. The remainder of the fee is payable monthly. The term of services commenced on March 1, 2022, for a twelve-month term.
