(“Tech KDA”) are pleased to announce that on October 29, 2021, Tech KDA has signed a letter of intent (the “Letter of Intent”) with Oryx Dental Software LLC (“Oryx”) to enter into a partnership agreement with Oryx to market and integrate Tech KDA’s KRx e-prescribing platform for dentists (the “KRx”) into Oryx’s dental management software (the “Oryx Software”).
Oryx will integrate the KRx e-prescribing solution for Canadian and U.S. dentists into its Oryx Software, as it is already well established in Canada and the United States. With this Letter of Intent, Tech KDA begins its international expansion in the United States.
Oryx Software is a friendly-user dental management platform that offers patient engagement tools, evidence-based clinical modules, automated risk assessment and diagnosis, as well as billing and advanced reporting. Based on Seattle’s Kois Teaching Center principles, Oryx Software gathers information from a patient’s medical and dental history, as well as from charted exam findings, to generate a comprehensive overview of the patient’s dental health.
